Please do not send passwords, pairing codes, children’s written responses, or screenshots containing private family information.
Family setup and lessons
Tell us which step you reached and whether you are using the parent or child installation. An internet connection is needed for account setup, pairing, and downloading new lessons.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting an app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Privacy and account requests
Parents can contact the same support address for help with access, deletion, or privacy requests. Do not include identity documents or children’s personal information in your initial message.
